Joint 2 days Corporate Human Resources - Training & Development (Sept 3 & 4 '07) about: Basic Psychology & People Development.
Knowing this basic will help me be a better person, well... I meant be 'a better boss' :P
I think all top management should take this training, this will help them to understand their employee better, to avoid miscommunication among them and harmonize the work environment too.
Most of our time are spent in the working place and its our (all of us) job to make the environment harmonizes and comfortable; and as top management we have a duty & power to make things happen.
