Sekilas Tentang si Boncel
Pondok si Boncel adalah panti asuhan Katolik untuk balita.. dari usia 0 sampai dengan usia TK (Taman Kanak-kanak) dan berasal dari bermacam ragam latar belakang dan agama, Kristen & non Kristen.
Per tanggal kunjungan kami, 23/03/12, data anak-anak yang berada di panti asuhan si Boncel sebanyak 93 anak, terdiri dari 62 anak laki-laki dan 31 anak perempuan, yang termuda berusia 11 hari; dengan pekerja sebanyak 62 orang.
Latar belakang keberadaan anak-anak si boncel karena tanpa ayah, tanpa ibu, keluarga miskin, sakit secara fisik, orang tua dari broken-home, ibu yang tidak menikah dan diabaikan oleh orang tuanya (anak jalanan).
Pondok si Boncel dibawah naungan Vincentius foundation; dimana setelah anak-anak mencapai usia diatas TK akan di pindahkan ke Panti Asuhan Vincentius Putera & Vincentius Puteri.

On Friday, March 23, 2012, coincide with the holiday Nyepi, JCK did its second visit, this time we go to the Pondok Boncel Orphanage in Jl. No Son village. 3. Srengsengsawah, South Jakarta.
Brief of Pondok si Boncel
Pondok si Boncel is one of a Catholic orphanage for children from age 0 up to kindergarten age (kindergarten) and come from a wide range of backgrounds and religions, Christian and non Christian.
Based on our visiting date, 23/03/12, data of children in the orphanage Boncel a total of 93 children, comprising 62 boys and 31 girls, the youngest was 11 days; with as many as 62 people working.
Background presence of the children of the Boncel because no father, no mother, poor, physically ill, the parents of the broken-home, unwed mothers and abandoned by his parents (street children).
Pondok si Boncel is under the auspices of the foundation Vincentius; where when children reach above kindergarten age, they will be transferred to the orphanage of Vincentius for girls and boys..
